For better or for worse, most of the profiles we’ve read on "Mad Men" star Christina Hendricks, 37, throw in a mention or two of her enviably curvaceous figure.
So we aren’t entirely surprised that Kate Waterhouse, fashion editor for Australia’s Sun-Herald, asked the actress about being an “inspiration to full-figured women” during a recent interview. Hendricks, however, apparently took offense at the question and shut down the interview, adding, off-camera:
“I think calling me full-figured is just rude.”
Waterhouse didn’t hear her comment and proceeded to repeat the question, which, as you might imagine, made for a rather uncomfortable moment:
Though on a positive note, doesn’t Hendricks looks awesome in those glasses?
